We all are attracted to beautiful things ~ especially those found in nature.  For me, beauty can be seen and experienced in unexpected places, if I just look with intention. 

This discovery, often described as “finding magic in the mundane,”  triggers a sense of wonder which in turn sparks curiosity ~ usually linked to the beauty of nature ~ and a desire to learn. (I refer to myself as  a philomath.)  I’m always deepening my knowledge ~ passionate to seek the history, the cultural significance, the soul of a thing, by studying more ~ more horticulture, garden design, literature, fine art, and perfume-making, for example.

The beauty and wonders I experience inspire a desire to create…
